I don't think of other women as sexy (happily married). I do see an occasional one that just has natural beauty, like wow.

I'm not trying to disagree with anything anyone has said but it can somewhat be almost anything. It isn't necessarily a certain look. It is somewhat a total package kind of thing. I think we've all encountered someone really physically attractive that has an unattractive personality that makes them not sexy.
It can be a ton of things. Attitude, appearance, a pretty woman looking straight into your eyes, the curve a woman has just above her hip, the back of her neck. It can be any number of little things. I don't honestly think I can do a good job of defining it but I always knew it when I encountered it. Of course, nowadays I'm older & married with kids so I try not to notice anyone but my wife.
