What is a '84 Tang Safety M77 Worth?

I have a 1984 M77, Tang-Safety Rifle, 95% condition, in .308 Win. It's been in my father's gun safe for 20 years. It shoots fine! I just cleaned and lubed it, and put 5 rounds of 168Gn SMKs through it. Nice group (for a 30 year old gun!)

I'm looking to finance a new bench-rest rifle, and these are ALL going for over $500 on GunBroker.

What's it worth?

I figured about that but they're selling over $500 online. Is there specific features that set apart a "collectable" from a basic $350 rifle?
