It would be strictly point and shoot with that thing. The sights are centered between the barrels. Wouldn't it be hard to turn the barrel bushings? Looks like a taser.

It looks like it has two separate triggers. They must be linked somehow? Imagine spending twice as much on ammo! You'd have to start a reloading hobby quick...

Photoshop. Look at the barrel bushings. The one on the right (as you are looking at it is off center. Plus there would be no way to turn either barrel bushing as they are thiner on the inside than the rest of the way around the barrel.
