Still waiting. The IRS website said I am eligible and they now have my banking info so that I will get direct deposit. They didn’t give me any idea of when this will happen.

I got a letter in the mail from the IRS today telling me I was going to receive my check soon. I received it on April 15th.

My wife and I received ours yesterday on the 1st of May it came in the mail instead of direct deposit. They've had our direct deposit info for years so I don't know why they decided to mail it?

Got an email yesterday telling me my check was due to be mailed May 1st. (Yup, same day) The check was in my P.O Box when I went to check my mail. SS was also direct deposited in my bank account. (It usually arrives on the 3rd). I'm so stimulated I can barely control myself. :mrgreen:
My Mother in Law. Has been deceased two years. We received a stimulus check for her yesterday.. :shock:

I went to www.IRS.gov and clicked on Get My Payment. I filled in a very few questions and it said my check would be mailed on the 8th.

Went to the bank to deposit our check.
Said to the teller "Bet you're seeing a lot of these!"
She replied "We're so tired of all this. People keep calling us asking if their direct deposit has arrived yet. If we tell them "not yet" they get all upset and demand that we call the government and find out why not. When we explain that we can't do that they get really upset."

No letter, text, Email, or direct deposit. Just a check in an envelope today. I'll take it.
