Well, SpaceX is actually putting thing in orbit these days. NASA, not so much.
SpaceX did actually figure out a way to land a rocket and reuse it. NASA, not so much.
SpaceX actually landed a number of rockets on barges. Yea, only two of the three made it. NASA, well they've never landed one on anything.
Tesla may make cars you think no one wants, but why is it they sell all they make and have orders for years in the future.
Sounds like complaining about Elon Musk is just sour grapes.

"Rocket Man" was an Elton John song. The Bowie song is "Space Oddity."yooper1 said:Supposedly in the Tesla, they have the song "Rocket Man" by David Bowie playing in an endless loop.
That oughta scare aliens away from messing with it.

In space, no one can hear you skid....blume357 said:They just showed a side view and I realized it must be fake because the front wheel on the driver's side is not turning....

blume357 said:I would think when they dropped it off it started to spin... nothing to stop its spin... or possibly they set up a spin so that it would have different views as it orbits for a while. I wonder when it will start to head down and if that will be a show in the sky around here? Would be cool if one of the many nuts and bolts we've left floating up there hit the windshield at a couple thousand miles and hour.
