@Mobuck signed up for multiple subscriptions, 2 monthly, and 1 yearly. While we love the support, and if @Mobuck wanted more decals, he could have just sent me a message. That said, we were able to resolve this quickly with cancellation and refunds of the monthly subscriptions.

I have disabled the ability for people to purchase multiple subscriptions in the future.

what sort of decals are we talking about? How about locking in my "Blackhawk" status so I don't have to go silent before I promote up to the next one?

It seems this episode occurred at the time my card info was stolen and I went through 3 cards in about 4 weeks. I kept getting messages that my CC was no longer active (which it wasn't) and in all the confusion and tail chasing, changing card numbers and such, my annual membership plus 2 additional short term membership fees were charged. The 2 extra $4.99 charges have been refunded.
