Warne ring screw torque

Warne scope ring set being installed on my .243. Was told these are good sturdy rings.

Anyway, anyone know the torque setting amount to use for tighting the 4 screws?

Thses are the 1" steel standard high rings with 4 steel screws.

Two at the base and two at the top

I was told NOT to use blue thread locker on the rings only the bases.

In general, the base screws should be 30 in/lbs while the rings should be 10-15 in/lbs if aluminum, or 15-20 in/lbs if steel.
