I need an undercut, dovetail, front sight for open-sight target competition in Bullseye. Anyone have one in their stash somewhere? Yes, I'm asking on other websites, but I enjoy dealing with the Ruger folks here! :D
My 1911 Springfield has a dovetail front sight base. I'm not sure of the size/angle, but I'm trying to get those dimensions soon.
And, while I'm asking... I also need a standard/national-match grip safety (NON-beavertail), standard recoil spring plug/guide-rod, and a spur hammer. Just some parts needed to convert a gun to CMP Distinguished Pistol specs.
