Those primer don't look bad at all. I feel that 100% loading density is always safe with H110. I'd feel the same about a surplus lot of powder after I shot a few with the same load of H110 and compared velocities.
I've even ventured up to 27gr of H110 and a 300gr cast in a 44. Tweren't in a Blackhawk though.
Try backing down the powder charge and seating to the deeper crimp groove and see what you get for grins. I haven't done much experimenting with it. I'm of the opinion that seating long should be better for accuracy since there is less of a tendency for the bullet to "lay" in the chamber. In a perfect world to me, all my rounds would require a bit of thumb pressure to fully chamber and therefore be better aligned. The next experiment is segregating some brass and trying to open up a sizer to neck size only my 44 brass to help with alignment.
