Value question?

Is there any special value in a 2nd year of production 10/22? I foun one at a local gun store this evening. Thank you in advance and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Some folks seek out the early guns, so yes they can bring a bit more, but the first three things that affect value are: conditon; condition and condition.

yes, condition is the main thing, but there is premiums on the walnut stocks, or having the brown box or having a low serial number, all count in some way...............how BAD do YOU want to get one?? (Pucker factor......) 8)

Condition is good, but not excellent. Owner was busy and did not get a chance to ask if he had the box. I would rather own one before they came with plastic parts, just didn't know what they are worth.
