I have a feeling Ruger is marking them as “UGB” guns as an excuse to mark them down and sell more...

But that is just my opinion...

An inventory-turn trick of midyear financial reporting - purge stores and ship in any condition. Blems and misruns are low-hanging fruit, and fiscal-calendar events are prime time for custom 'smiths to buy up parts, etc. but nothing unsafe will be released, I'm sure.

Inventory turnover is a ratio showing how many times a company's inventory is sold and replaced over a period of time. Shorter/more turns annually are what the investors like.
