Two easy questions about a P94DC.

I picked up a like new P94DC made in 1994 at a pawn shop this week for $250. Just could not leave it there at that price. It has a stainless slide. I think it is a model KP94DC but it does not have the "K" on the slide. Were they all that way? Also does anyone have the Ruger part number for this model? It should be something like on my P89 which is Ruger part number 13003. Thanks

I believe the "K" is a factory designation and not engraved or etched on the slides.

My stainless P90 is etched "P90DC" and my blued P95 is etched "P95DC".

A phone call to Ruger will get you the model number. Give them the serial number.

Yep 'K' is part of the model number, on the box... not part of the serial number, on the gun.

Part Number? which part? down load the manual and should should have a listing in the back of all the part numbers.... and the stainless parts will have a 'k' in front of them.
