This guy is driving a prison wagon and went to shut up the prisoner by banging on the cell screen with his gun. He got a little over zealous. Look at the barrel of the (toy?) gun.

By the way, I'm not actually in the prison wagon !

I find myself counting the rounds fired on TV shows, which isn't a bad practical habit for real world situations. They must use semi-autos disguised as revolvers.
