Idiots. Glad I live on the NW side.
A couple years ago I heard of someone spreading tacks on the road up Mt. Lemmon.
For those of you out-of-towners, Mt Lemmon has a climb from 2400-ish feet to above 9000 feet in about 27 miles.
There are world-class bicycle racers who ride this road frequently. Riders have been injured but thank God nothing worse.
I don't understand why someone would randomly commit these acts, just not right in the head I guess.

And on the lighter side, a guy from work recently drove a rental car the wrong way through the "one way" tire spikes at the airport rental return -- yup, blew out all four tires.
His new nickname is "Spike". :P

If they catch the guy when no cops are around a beating wont hurt and then a spike up his personal "hole" wouldn't hurt and might teach him a lesson.
