Torque Specs for Receiver Screws on Ruger American

Hello,
I have been fortunate to pick up a ruger American in .308win yesterday. I took it apart to clean any residuals and plan to work up a nice load for it. I was wondering if anybody out there may know the torque spec for the (2) receiver screws that fasten the stock to the barreled receiver. I have a Winchester Model 70 set a Hogue over-molded stock w/ full aluminum bedding block. Their recommendation is 65 inch pounds of torque on the trigger guard/ receiver screws. Would that be comparable? Thanks for looking! :D
