Have read some of these in the past and thought I would drop a couple out there for the, shall we say, more senior folk that can help.
My father passed a couple of years ago and he left me all his tools. Some were my grandfathers. These two wrenches intrigued me. Obviously purpose built, just don't know what they are for. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I agree that flat one looks to be for changing wheels on a grinder of some sort. The other looks to have a tip for removing Cotter Pins. Just a guess. Neat stuff!
 
A search for k4 wrench turns up numerous wrenches identical to yours but they don’t have the split on the little protrusion

Whatever that protruding nub is for it was not meant to be split.
