Has anybody had any experience or know anything about Tony U Leather holsters? I just acquired a Super Single Six and I need a holster. I saw a slim Jim holster made by them on E-bay. The price is right and I need something till I can get a better holster.

I have to second on the Simply Rugged Holsters. Rob Leahy makes an excellent holster at a great price. I just recently bought the Silver Dollar Pancake holster and a new gun belt for my S&W 60-4. The quality and price was simply amazing. The belt and holster cost me about $120, I consider this money well spent.

I looked at the Tony U holsters on eBay. I think I would prefer El Paso Saddlery.

First I recommend you noy buy something temporary, find what you like and just buy once.

Also I always spring for a lined holster; py a little more but really saves the gun finish, even stainless!

Third, it sounds like yo're interested in a traditional/western style.

Hard to beat Reddog leather for price and service. They'll make anything, anyway you like! Here's their ebay store: https://www.ebay.com/str/reddogleather

Texas Jack (affiliated with Cimarron Firearms) is another: https://www.texasjacks.com/products/gun-leather/holsters/holster-cheyenne-double-loop-lined.html

I also use El Paso but can be a little more pricey. It all depends on what you see that you like.

While I like Simply Rugged, I have Cuda holsters for my Glock 21 and Colt 1911. I went with an El Paso Slim Jim for my Ruger Single Six.

Bob I may not be able to read good but I think he is talking about a holster maker.

I know, but as I said, my warped sense of humor, and a little "Italian dialect"...............................
