NO, this is not a cv-19 post.

We all know Murphey's Laws and how things work. Well, this morning I was opening
a new package of bacon and it had a flap inside. Naturally it fell to the floor (yawn huh?)
BUT IT HIT THE FLOOR CLEAN SIDE DOWN!

Now we all know that when Mother Nature doesn't follow Murphey's Laws . . . .
the world is about to end! - - - And now you know.
And you heard it here first. 8)

two things come to mind,,,,,,,the "5 second rule", and the other is cooking to 160 degrees...........you'll be fine, the world is finding its own way to come to an end. 8)

I once dropped a piece of peanut buttered toast on the floor and it fell peanut butter side up. I ran out and bought a lottery ticket. I guess I used up my luck on the toast. :)

The world ended 65 million years ago. At least for the dominant life form at the time.
Ants are now the dominant life form. We, humans, just take up more space.

What!? Are you an Ant Supremacist?

Them (trailor).

Why does this remind me of a fellow name Lenigan.
Whoa! For the first time since I read the short story in high school have I heard this referenced! A year earlier I'd seen the movie, which lead to nightmares.

Thanks, Gunny! That's my all-time-favorite sci-fi movie!

"THEM! is one of the first of the 1950s "nuclear monster" films, and the first "big bug" feature."

I saw it right after it came out at the local movie house. Dad was stationed in SanDiego, and I was 10. Cost me 25cents! But it was worth every penny. :)
