Tang safety Ruger M77 in . 458 win mag feeding problem

Hi, wonder if someone can give a bit of help. My tang safety M 77 in .458 win mag does not cycle corectly. Everytime it hits the nose of the bullet in to the side of the chamber. Looks like if the cartridge is prematurely released from mag and thus not lined up to go directly into chamber?? Any help please??

Have you discussed this with the fine folks at Ruger? I would suggest this as the best route.
