Tagua customer service

Got a new Tagua OWB thumbbreak holster for my Ruger Lightweight Commander for Christmas. Had a minor problem with it so I called Tagua and explained the problem to them and they requested a couple of pictures of the holster with the pistol in it. I emailed them the pictures and in about 30 minutes I received an email from them telling me that they would send me another holster to replace the one I had.

This is the second Tagua holster I have owned and not only is it a quality holster but if I need another one for another pistol it will be a Tagua. Service like this is a rarity now a days. Thank you Tagua.

Have 2 Tagua IWB holsters & never had an issue.
Great to know they're customer service is so responsive to any questions/problems

Good to know. I like their holsters anyway. Decent quality and a fair price.
