Received my 9C back from Ruger today for light strike problem. The return packing slip says they replaced the striker assembly and striker blocker. They function fired with 80 rnds Black Hills 115gr fmj and 30 rnds Remington Express 115 gr jhp using my magazines without malfunction. The trigger does seem to have a cleaner break when dry firing (with empty mag in) then it did before I sent in to them. I haven't got a chance to try out in my range as its been raining all day and now turning to snow!

Mine came back runnin' like a champ as well, nice to have it back on the hip, isn't it.

I will have to put quite a few rounds downrange without any probs before I feel comfortable carrying it. I have a SP101 357 that has been flawless however I am looking for a LH pancake holster for it. Haven't been able to find anything reasonable. I like Fobus but they don't make a LH for it.

I had a bad light strike problem on my SR9 early last year, but fixed it with a thorough striker channel cleaning. no problems since. Just use it for a range plinker.

The LCP is my everyday carry gun, and my SP101 is my travelin' piece in the car console.

I would put put 200 + round before I called it good on my new EDC. my 1st sr40c was light strikes right out of the box. sent in for repairs and did fine for about 50 rounds and then back to light strikes. ,my LGS gave me another and after 250 + rounds and perfect, I calling it good
