What is the best way to remove the sharp edges on the grip serration on the rear of the SR9 slide? I did mine with a craytex wheel, but I going to help a friend with his new SR9, I was wondering if there is a better way. I also beveled the bottom serations on the left side to keep from pinching my finger between the slide and the safety.

Personally, I like to take it slow with the appropriate size needle file under a magnifier, to get a nice even and smooth breaking of the edges. Anything motorized has the tendency to accidentally gouge the serations. Slower is better. Also, on stainless guns, depending on the sharpness, you can use a wire wheel brush to cut the edges. "DO NOT" do this on a blued gun!......................Dick
