So today while doing some dryfire practice, the little white dot on my front sight fell off!

The metal itself is still intact, but the white paint just popped out. Now it's just a black hole.
Any good suggestions for what I should do??

The right-side dot disappeared from the rear sight on my EAA Witness .45 one day. I have a can of RustOLeum flat white paint sitting around doing nothing, so I cleaned up the whole thing with spray brake cleaner and reapplied the paint with a toothpick. I mentioned that the paint was flat because that type seems to cover better, and we're talking about making a black hole white.
While I was at it, I changed the front sight's dot to fluorescent orange to better see it against white target paper.

I use finger nail polish to change all my dots, its easy to get off and cheap.. try florcent ornage or green.. works well.. or white is fine will cost you 1.99 at Wal Martt for the polish
If you go to a hobby store you can get the glow inthe dark stuff,, not to good for day shooting.
