Has anyone installed the front sight yet? I ordered one from Ruger and it comes with a pin that looks like it needs a "seat" in the slide where there is none. Is this pin necessary?
Thanks, good idea. I was waiting for some time to call them and talk to tech support, they are pretty good about that last time had a question. Will report results. I am hesitant to have a punch mark in my slide...its so purty like it is!
