Selling this one for my brother in-law, he inherited it from his aunt after his uncle died about 20 years ago and realized he's probably never going to shoot it. H&R model 922 "nine-shooter" in pretty good condition, somewhere in the 90-95% range. Number-matching fixed sight gun with H&R branded plastic or Bakelite grips and 6" pencil barrel. The front sight appears to be brass, making the sighting surface appear gold. Comes with Brauer Bros. holster with a hole at the muzzle end that may have once anchored a leg tie down.

SPF $245 $225 $210 shipped FFL to FFL

weaselmeatgravy, according to my research on the serial no. , your 922's manufactory date is 1944. Hope this gives you a little more info. I have one with a birth date of '55 and it's a fun little shooter.

Thanks, that's about what I thought due to the letter prefix and round barrel, blue book calls it the 5th variation, 1940-1947 and only difference from the 4th variation is an A-H letter prefix. And the 4th variation changed from octagon barrel to round.

Yep brought back memories to me also. Had to pull mine out of the safe just to have a look at it. I've got one in a snub nose version with a round but. They are Unique and cool guns, mine dates mid to late fifties! George

I get the feeling that a lot of us were watching that revolver and trying hard to resist! I 100% didn't "need it" but you start thinking about, "Well, I could gift it to my son.." Trying to justify it! Good to see it finally sold.
