I am figuring that it would, but does anyone know for certain if an HKS speedloader (Mark) 3-A for a Security Six would be the same for a Speed Six? It does not list any specifically....
Yup. Same cylinder, same chamber spacing, same speed loaders. Incidentally, HKS 10s marketed towards S&W’s K frame model 10s work just as well and are plentiful on the used market. There are every gun show I attend for about $5.
