Tried my SP101 out w/a new 9 lb Wolff spring. Had no light primer strikes (used only CCI primers which are stiff little buggers) and was very happy with the results. Shot all reloads and tried a bit of long range shooting.
Here' the gun first. Trigger was a considerable improvement.

Here's what happens to old JAMA magazines that my wife likes to read-they turn into targets. This one was at 50 yds, DA, standing no rest. Unique powder, not a max load but stiff. 5 shots, only got 3 on=

This one is at 100 yds-10 shots, sitting and SA w/sandbags for rest. Managed to put 2 out of 10 on paper. Bullseye powder, not a max load but up there-really smoky load too. Both were 158 gr LSWC. Next step for this gun is to change the sight (which I painted w/red fingernail polish) to a meprolight sight. Very happy w/this gun otherwise.

That is a very nice revolver you got there. I'd venture a guess that you got the 1 in 10 that has the barrel indexed correctly.

And obviously, you can shoot.

I love these "test it" sort of post.
Thank you very much.
