Does anyone know how many SP101's in 9mm were made before being discontinued in 1998? A friend of mine can pick one up and wants to know...Thanks guys and hello from SE GA USA!!

No matter how many Ruger produced your buddy should jump on the opportunity to buy an SP101 in 9mm.
I love both of my SP101 9mms. I have a 2" and a 3". With 9mm you can save a ton of money over 38 and 357.

I just landed my second one.
By the way, the S&W 940 moon clips usually don't work - center hole for the extractor star is too small.
One can shoot without the full moon clips but the ejector doesn't work - just push the spent shells out with a pencil or other small rod.
