Ok guys, for you that have one of these, a question? How do you like the sights? I am not a good shooter anyway, so not a deal breaker, but, in the hands of a good shooter, can you hit with the sights? I like the idea of HiViz, but I like to come close to what I aim at also. Can these make a good target gun, at closer range of course? thanks triker
BTW, I am on a waiting list for one, so will see, just wanted some other input from current owners.

I have several Hi-Viz fibers on my guns. Yes, they can be quite accurate. Plus, they allow my ageing eyes to focus a bit better.

I wouldn't choose fibers deliberately on a revolver, but with about a thousand rounds done now I've decided the front fiber on the SP doesn't hurt anything.
I can get a good sight picture with the flat topped blade above the pipe when shooting for accuracy, I ignore the green in doing that.

Otherwise, the green acts as a quick locator in the rear notch if you need one, not particularly important in a .22 plinker for me, but it may have a use in that respect for others.
I'd find it more useful in quick sight acquisition for defensive purposes in a "serious" handgun.

Target-wise, depending on ammo you can expect somewhere between 2 and 3 inches at 25 yards with most, and you can drop below 2 inches if you find a load the gun likes.

Basically, I don't find the fiber optic to be either a benefit or a hindrance on mine.
It's sorta just something I pretty much ignore.

I don't like it. It is bright enough that I cannot see the outline of the square post and my groups suffer. Probably for defense or snap shooting where you want a fast front sight acquisition, it would be great. It is TOO bright, and I guess my pupils shut down and the bright dot is all I can see. I am going to black it out and see if groups improve.

I wish I could get a standard sight to fit the dove tail.

Maybe different eyes work differently?
I've shot for groups off a sandbag with the sun directly behind me, I can clearly see the square top of the blade in every position I've tried it in.
The pipe's never overpowered it for for me.
