An eleven year old criminal's record was posted local TV news last night. I'm not sure of the accuracy of my remembrance, but his arrest record ran something like this:

Dec. 2, 2022 Robbery of individual, possession of a firearm
Dec. 6, 2022 Carjacking, vandalism, possession of a firearm
Dec. 14, 2022 Assault, robbery of individual
Dec. 26, 2022 Theft from auto, burglary

There were more arrests in January 20023. He was arrested and charged and sent to juvenile court, then released.

You're right about that, but it's way more than something, it's some exponent of somethings.
I know it's only an 11 year old kid and maybe I'm just evil for even thinking it, but our world
would be better off if his next victim just put a bullet through his brain.
I'd hate to have to live with doing it ....some things in life just suck.

Isn't that what mental hospitals were for, before the liberals/woke said that everyone should be able to "live free" without any stigmas attached to whatever they do, no matter how heinous?

This is education at work. On Dec 2 or 3, the kid learned that there were no significant consequences for his actions. That point was driven home and solidified over the following 3 and 1/2 weeks.

When I first started working at the department I retired from (this was in 1994) we had an 8 year old that was a classic "crack baby". I remember one shift I worked in which I took eight reports in my district, five of them involved him. Since he was under 10 years of age by law we could not arrest or charge him. One case I remember was where he broke into a car and when confronted by the owner he pulled a knife. Totally devoid of a sense of right or wrong and no conscience. We finally started charging the mother with neglect contributing to delinquency but that had limited effect. After a couple more years I predicted that he would be our youngest murderer on record. I was wrong. When he was fifteen he was killed by one of his best friends.

As you would expect mom and dad were not pillars of society. That kid didn't have a chance.

This is all a reflection of the dysfunctional culture of Black America, as lived in the inner cities throughout our nation. It has nothing to do with the color of their skin. Nigerian Americans are as Black as they come, yet are more financially successful than the average American household. The culture that has developed in the African American community that extolls violence, disdains education, ignores personal responsibility in favor of blaming White society, have all created the jungle that we see exist in our big cities and beyond. Decent Black people are afraid to criticize the uncivilized part of their community out of fear of being labeled "an Uncle Tom" or out of plain old fear for their own safety. White Leftists are equally unwilling to criticize Black defective culture because it serves their political agenda to befriend this element of the population and thus receive the political support of the Black community. It is noteworthy that so many of the most successful Blacks in America, like Colon Powell, were raised by other than American Black parents. His parents were from Jamaica and brought with them to America their values which mirror those of traditional Americans. Until America is willing to recognize the dysfunctional nature of inner city Black culture it is unlikely to ever irradicate it.

By allowing people to live a comfortable life without any “purpose”, this is what we get. There are Households with 4 generations of working aged able bodied people in them whom have never held a single job! My dad always said, “idol hands are the devils tools”, and he was right.
