Yes, The original super Redhawk was chambered in 44 mag with 6 shots. Much later came the 454 casull and 480 ruger also in 6 shots. Then, a brief window of time opened and a very few 480s fell out with 5 holes in the cylinder. The window of time closed never to open again...

ps there were some 357 Supers exported to europe (6 shots) but you are unlikely to run across one of those.
