All original and in great mechanical order. I have not fired this one. I only collected it.
All matching serial number on ejector star,third lock,barrel lug cylinder face and butt of the grip frame. Has not been rechambered for any other 45 caliber unlike a lot of these guns after world War 1. Stocks do not number to the gun. Has original blued finish. 6.5 inch barrel. Chambered for .455 mark 2. $2000.00 or best offer. USPS money order please. From my FFL to yours. This has canadian proof marks so it went to Canada during world War 1. Offers are welcome.

Because it’s not British. (sneaky, huh?)

The deaccession marks on the frame shoulder are Canadian. From my experience, a LOT of these went to Canadian units. The one I owned had the same markings, and I researched them for that reason.

The UK deaccession “broad arrow” is more a crow’s foot scraggly looking thing. The one shown there is a Canadian variant (there are multiple). The crown-over-(number) is also a Canadian inspector mark.
