Price is definitely good! Went looking for info, and found the discussion linked below - sounds like the primers may be a bit on the hard side (which is not always bad), but take a look and you be the judge:

I've been using these primers, purchased locally, with 148 grain HBWC .38 Special and 700x with great results.
Norma currently has them sold out.
