I recently located a Ruger Single Six "Ultra Light"?. It has what appears to be an aluminum frame, rubber grips, and a 4" or 4.5" barrel and about 90-95% condition. The current owner is asking $500.

Does anyone here have one? What might the value be? History? And finally, pictures?

Thanks for the help.

Could you possibly mean a lightweight Single Six? There are a few different types of lightweights.

Aluminum grip frame, aluminum cylinder frame, and either an aluminum cylinder or a steel cylinder, depending.

This is a "tri-color" version but there were others that looked like regular blued guns.

A s/n might help. A picture would be great.

Going to need pictures ser.# to really tell you more.
Please keep in mind that %'s vary from one person
to another, but I would consider a Nice shooter grade gun
worth $500.00 JMO!

You posted this question in another section. Check my posting there.

I, too, answered some of your questions and posted images and descriptions of the different Types.
