Hello all, I just picked up a Ruger single six Bisley .22, This is the first Bisley I have owned and really don't know much about this model. It has a 6-1/2" barrel, blue with wood grips, fixed rear sight. Came with the yellow box and paperwork and looks like it was never shot. Just curious about any info- who has one and how do you like it. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the Forum!
Look on the box,, and share what the model is. We can help more with info then. We prefer the stuff that says; "RB-22" or whatever your gun is.
Sharing the serial number helps to. You can put (example) 261-010xx (Xing out the last 2 digits,) to help us narrow down what it is.
But,, in general,, the Bisleys are desirable,,, and fun guns. You MAY have one of the scarce versions & it may command a premium.

Is your cylinder fluted or non fluted w/ the roll mark?
I have the same gun, fluted cylinder, in 22lr,,, AND A 32H&R Mag.

You will find that these guns are good shooters.

They only came 22lr only (never shipped with a Magnum cylinder/ convertible) However I came across a Stainless Magnum cylinder that I fitted and it shoots great. Always thought I would find a blued one but this one works just fine.

As contender stated if you provide sn# we can give you a approx. mfg. year.

FWIW; I like the fixed sight, a little slicker/slimmer.

Here is adjustable sight model that I once owned, sold it.
Cylinder is non-fluted w/roll mark

My gaggle of 32Magnums, I prefer the look of the fluted cylinder.
