Single Six birdshead .32 H&R magnum value?

Does anybody know the value of an unfired Single Six birdshead .32 H&R magnum? In box, papers, etc.

I am considering trading my S&W 629-2 Classic Hunter (5,000 limited prod, 1988, including original box, papers, very low use gun) for it. I'd like to know where that's landing trade value wise. I am keen on the Single Six.

I wouldn't swap,, I'd buy the S&W outright. As for current value of the 32,,, I'm no help, as I only own one & wouldn't sell it for double what I spent on it.

They are going for around $500 on Gunbroker. Fun guns but I wouldn't sell your S&W for one.

Well, to be clear it was offer for the gun in partial trade, along with cash, for my S&W. That's why I wanted some idea of value, so I could negotiate the cash value. He offered 300, sounds like I need closer to 400.

I agree ,keep the Smith, besides its almost worth two of the 32 Single Sixes...they give you the gun and LOTS of BOOT, something to think about.......but, then again sometimes folks gotta go with what floats your boat, and I for one do NOT look back or second guess myself later on, and NO you CAN'T keep the ALL.... not many hit the lottery or have that much discretionary funding......so be realistic

I will readily admit to a certain mentality. I always think a person already has a fine, wonderful Ruger, that someone is trying to slip away from them. I tend to "miss" it when someone has another brand they are considering swapping or selling to get another Ruger.
But, I will readily admit that there are some excellent guns made by "others" that we must have & enjoy. I admit to owning a few other brands, and wouldn't swap those off either.

So, did you keep the S&W & buy the Ruger?
