SO... between my first Single Seven and it's replacement, I made up money somehow. $555+11% taxes for the 5.5", which I rejected once I examined it (another thread); and $511 OTD for the 4 5/8" I just bought. looks good. b/c is evenly at .005+ no sharp edges. Happy so far. 8) And the shorty will fit more holsters on-hand anyway.

As on the sr1911 section query, I'm wondering the going rate and average RF price paid on these as long as they are out there. Whadjya pay OTD for yours?

My 5.5" was $519, plus tax. I noticed Bud's had some 4 5/8" in stock a few days ago for $499 shipped. They didn't last long.
