I could be wrong, as you never know what Ruger will do in some kind of special distributor gun, but I don't think they do. All the blued ones I have ever seen have the aluminum grip frame.

No standard prouction Single Sixes ever came with blued steel plow handle grip frames except the SSM Blue 32 Mag "Baby Vaquero" which came with steel XRN3 Red and the XRN3RED-SHORT steel grip frames.
Ruger grip frames are the easiest thing to change especially with a used one that is already final fitted and blued and not hard to find used.
All model single action grip frames will interchange incuding the SBH if you have big hands. I prefer the New Vaquero/NM Flat top Blackhawk XR3 size on single sixes. The standard NM Blackhawk XRN3 RED blued grip frames are fairly easy to find used.
