Singel six date of manufacture

I've got an unconverted 4 3/4" Single six. The serial # is 4459XX. I can't figure out the manufacture date, all the charts I find don't include this # range.
Help?

Says 22 Mag on the frame?
Even these old numbers are on Ruger's web site if you don't subscribe to RENE.
Also, I'm guessing you mean 4 5/8 and not 4 3/4 inch?

If it's 4 3/4 inch I'd bet somebody hacked it down from 5 1/2 inch
