Sights on my 1911 10 mm

The sights are hard to see with my old eyes. Perusing Ruger's store and their items for sale I noticed they sell replacement white dot sights, two dots rear and one dot white. However they don't specify the height of front sight. Do you know if what they sell are compatible sets?
