What's your price range? If you aren't adverse to spending in the $200-300 range you can get an incredible quality holster from Mike Barranti, 7x Leather, or Grizzly Leather. I have a 7x that I bought 5 years ago for my 7.5 inch Super Redhawk and it's well worth the price. If you are toting it through the woods for any distance a well made rig will make the weight and heft more than comfortable. I've done 7-8 miles in a day with my rig and not had any issues.
I believe Barranti also has some more economical holsters that are less than $150 for a tanker style rig.

Simply Rugged has a chest type holster, diamond holsters out of Alaska has a good rig also. Good luck!

Personally I find "true" shoulder holsters to be a real pain in the neck to deal with. All of the straps and the general fit make them a hassle to get on and off without twisting straps. This is especially true if you are trying to put one on with a parka on.
My recommendation would be for either a chest rig (ala Simply Rugged Chesty Puller, or 7X Leather) or a bandoleer type such as the Ringler Wyoming Combination Hunter. Either of those variations are easy on or off, hold the gun secure and are very comfortable.

Check out Falco Holsters. I have two of their shoulder rigs and am pleased with both. Am ordering another one for a new SP101 with 4.2" barrel. very reasonable too!
