Some of you may remember my S&W 624 .44 Special that I had engraved as a Skeeter Skelton Tribute along with his cattle brand on the backstrap:

I then had my Lipsey's Exclusive Ruger Blackhawk .44 Special engraved to match the S&W:

Well, it had been awhile so I took my 624 out for a little shooting the other day. My best friend had purchased a Point of View video camera set up that attaches to a baseball cap with a magnet.

So here's me dirtying up the S&W (just click the pic below to play the video):

Here's the filthy dirty results:

The .44 is all cleaned up and handsome again and put back away in the safe inside its zippered case....

Actually Bullseye! Very smokey! They're my cowboy loads, I've got 850 loaded up but I haven't been able to attend a cowboy shoot this year. So it was time to shoot some of them through the S&W! I have .430 bullet loads just for the Ruger Blackhawk.

I want a 624 so bad I can taste it. This video doesn't help! I always like seeing pictures of your guns, mm6mm6. Thanks for posting!

I keep thinking of reasons why I should get another .44 Special and those Ruger Flat Tops keep drawing me in, just need the money to grow on one of my pine trees out back.

Your revolvers are a very nice Tribute to Skeeter Skelton and the .44 Special Legacy that he passed on to many of us.

I bought a S&W Model 24 and enjoy it in the field loaded with his preferred recipe of 7.5 grains of Unique and a 250 grain cast Keith SWC.
