Security Six Sight question

I just bought a Security Six with a scope attached I plan on pulling the scope. I can't tell if the rear sight is in place, if not I will have to find one, are the Ruger revolver rear sights interchangeable? Thanks for your help.

Numrich has the rear sights for security six, but out of the front.
