second round jam, only second round

I have a fairly new 10/22 takedown, I have put about 800 rounds through it without a single issue.

Last week I took it shooting and loaded my 6 magazines with 10 rounds each and every magazine failed to feed the second round, not a stovepipe, a fail to feed, it would jam the 2 round. First one of course fed correctly and so did remaining 8 rounds. I didn't have any issues if I only loaded 9 rounds into the magazine, this was the same symptom on 6 different magazines. I brought the gun home, cleaned it up really well and went back and same thing, if I load 10 rounds it fires and mis-feeds the second round and then fires the remaining 8 without issue, if I only load 9 rounds it works great, any suggestions ? Mostly shooting Aguilla high velocity but I also tried CCI's and did the same thing.

Bolt is dragging on top round harder due to increased spring tension.(?) I see this often using lower velocity ammo in my 10-22. Problem will probably go away with increased use. Maybe try more lube on the contact points between bolt and receiver and spring/guide rod. Just for an experiment, before doing any cleaning or lubing, load the chamber and top off mag and fire. See if this results in both first and second rounds from mag causing fail to feed issue.
