Yep, your right Steve. I generally wear a golf glove when shooting the bigger boys. The above does have a lot of bark.

These are older AJAX Sambar stag. They have aged quite well with a brownish/yellow tint over the years and are over a half inch thick. AJAX, I think, went in business around 1967 and shut down a couple of years ago. These are fairly early per the stamp on the back. Best way to locate a older set is to watch the for sale boards.
