That is fairly common to new Rugers, It seems to be due to a little heavy handed polishing job. One side of the hole is dished out but only at the surface, The pin will still be tight in the hole. I have a couple that look almost as bad as that one.
IMHO it is just on the surface and does not effect operation at all.
These are,after all, mass produced and inexpensive compared to a custom so I tend to overlook it.
In the picture, had the lighting been at a different angle,you would not even see that.
