Sometime in the past year or so I purchased a stunning SBH. This thing breaks like glass. And it has the most beautiful high gloss finish on it. Whoever owned it apparently was a real shooter. Def has internal work done to it, and they even painted the sights. Obviously took lots of pride in this revolver. Even the sights paint job was perfectly done. I got the letter from Ruger stating that it was produced in April 1974 and shipped to Bernard E Gitlin company in Hartford CT.
Someone engraved their initials in the bottom of the grip frame. CLC 8-8-74.
Would love to find the owner to know more about this beautiful gun, and let them know that it is being much loved and appreciated.
