Everything seemed fine. About what you would expect from a synthetic gun. I was surprised at how light it was. The bolt was not as smooth as I had hoped. There was an extra "catch" in cycling the bolt. I like the forearm grip. The cushion butt pad is nice. Trigger felt good. Can't argue with the price which was $349. I would prefer a 7 mag but still a nice rifle that you would not get too bent out of shape when you hit it on a tree.
