I like the poncho liner.... but the rifle ain't bad either.

You got to love a good poncho liner.
Put it on the ground while cleaning a rifle and it will help you keep track of your little parts.
I have been using them since the 1970's.
Seemed like a way to add color to the photos and keep my SR off of the carpet.

Here's mine. Just your basic SR553E. I did add an angled forearm grip and a Redfield Counterstrike red dot.

Nice pics! I've been itching for a SR762 for a while. Waiting in hopes they will have it fine tuned by the time I grab one.

On a side note, I've been waiting for Ruger to offer a stripped lower so I can build one with a Ruger rollmark. Perhaps my dream is closer since the intro of the AR556.
