Ruger SP101 question

I have a NIB SP101 Target Gray coming in a few days. Saw it for sale and had it have it to go with my other SP101 AND GP100WC. I understand it is a Lipsy's special. What I would like to know is when did Ruger make these and any idea how many? This was the first one I have seen . Thanks
